Wanted to confirm who I was and my date of birth, said he was calling to "help me out" needed my date of birth. Said he will give me phone number and if I called it, I would apparently "want to call him back", I politely declined, and didn't not confirm anything or my date of birth. Paul went on to play this cat and mouse game of "wow would you look at that I've called the wrong "insert my name" you have the same date of brith with the same name as another "insert my name" in the month of "insert month". he was clearly trying to fish or catch some information.

Got a call from this call Paul asking about an old employee of mine saying his number was disconnected and if the guy still worked for me. Asked Paul where he was from but he would not tell me. Just that he wanted to help my old employee. I googled the number and found Paul Hunter 0422 843 747, on the newsletter for the Golden Grove Football Club.... an aussie rules club in Adelaide

I got calls & messages from Paul. Sound like scam. The text even got my wrong name. Just ignore these scam calls to stay put of trouble.

Got two calls from "Paul" a week apart. Says he is from QLD and works for some investment/banking company. Wanting me to confirm my last name. Wouldn't give me a good reason for calling, sounds very dodgy! Be ware!

Got a call from a guy named Paul looking for a reference for a Sarah, he wanted to know what City I was in and my full name. It just sounded dodgy. Just beware.

I've got a voice msg and he claimed his name is Paul and asked me to call back on this mob no. then quote: (my surname). I called back the next day, and this guy Paul (he said he's from Brisbane) asked if I knew anyone name Dean Bloom? He said he is looking for this Dean Bloom in Melbourne CBD, and he found my contact in white pages, so he's doing cold calling of all ppl under Bloom in Melbourne. anyway, just found its very strange! block him after!

Got a call from Marta @ PDF Group in Brisbane wanting to post me out some information about their investment strategy. When pushed, she explained that it was about the thoroughbred industry.
