0422 406 817 rang me the other day. I have been receiving calls and voicemails from different numbers these past few days

This number called me at 10pm at night! Isn't thst against the legislation for telemarketing to be calling?

I have been recieving calls from this and other mobile numbers. The organisation is "The Premium Group" The caller identified his company & gave his name as Corey, he had an Australian accent. I asked him if he was from a charity, he said no I then asked him why are you calling a number that is registered with the Do Not Call register. He said because we don't use it. I told him if his organisation persisits in calling I will report him to the Australian Media & Communications Authority ACMA he said go ahead many do & it will make no difference. I think he will think twice about calling me because he will only get abused again.
