NSW client who should state your name if genuine

Hi, is this still a current issue those who posted. I am in regional NSW. Caller identified himself as a builder named Jeff

I have been chasing this person via the Southport Magistrates court. I won a QCAT case in 2019 and am pursuing the matter in the Southport magistrates court. The last known address I have was sold in 2017. Papers cannot be served.
It anyone has an updated address, please post.

Anyone has his address in Mudgereeba? going to QCAT with their claims? I'll be putting in the offence with QBCC too. Imagine some poor elderly person being scam by this person if we do not pursue this matter. They say evil prevails because good people do nothing.....

Please report your issue to the Queensland Building Control Commision as they are investigating our complaint
They control trade licenses and investigate in licensed builders
The more complaints the more they deal with the issue

We have a new phone (provided from a tradesman who is owed money also) but the number has no answer. We have reported the issue to the QBCC as he doesn't hold a trade licence.
You cannot perform building work over $3,300 without a trade licence, you must also provide a QBCC insurance. finally you cannot take more than 10% deposit. In our case it is 85% paid in advance. It will be hard finding him but he can't operate in Qld any more without being caught.
He may have gone back to Tamworth NSW where his family lives.
Time will catch up with him.

Who should state your name if genuine .Yes we are in the same boat. I have just spoken to one of his contacts who has the new phone number.
It also appears that he is not QBCC licenced
