I havent Replied to the message they sent me

They sent me this message:

Good morning, your mobile no. has earned you $ 1 Million in the new month 2019 Comcast US, intl give away program. For more & claims email: comcastus @ aol.com

Clearly a scam, so blocked straight away.

This is the sms. c&p.

I just recieved a sms saying it was department of transport and that they were refunding my rego money as I buggered the info up.

None of my details were asked for.

And I did use my previous bpay numbers because I misplaced the new rego letter, so i assumed all numbers would be the same

Saying to contact TAFE directly regarding email address or email TAFE with student ID and email address to (valid TAFE email address).
