Received message "Your secure code fo your request to reset Internet Banking Security Number and Password is ...". Received a similar message a few months ago from 0421 267 708, specifying St George's Internet Banking. I hadn't asked to reset anything.

This is a scam. Have received 3 texts in the last 3 or 4 days with cardless cash set up code and transfer codes. I have a new number and haven't changed it with my current bank accounts yet so it's sus.
