Caller: 0421 049 781 We thought that 0421 049 781 was a friend's number and so phoned back but the number doesn't even ring and just shuts down. Obviously scammers so we've blocked it. The govt must not allow phone numbers, websites and emails to be given to anyone who doesn't pass ID checks.
