Flurry of calls after looking at comparing health insurance on the internet.

Answered - no one spoke. Sounded like a call centre in the background. Lots of indistinct chatter. Someone told me at work that these places call mobile numbers to find out if they are active and if people answer them - then they sell this lists of numbers to marketers who then harass the wits out of people.

They said I was eligable to win a laptop, then asked me questions about my name age and mortgage. When I said the equity in my property was below $150k they said I was not eligable and hung up.

Calls every hour from 10am to 8pm, no answer when I picked up just static and distorted voices.
Very creeped out.
