I called back the number 0420 795 537 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

Called me on 7th and 8th February '19. Tried to call back but phone was engaged. Have posted a comment in a couple of other "phone reporting" websites.

Hung up when I answered.

This number called yesterday, I was driving so only talked for a second and the lady said that she could call back. She said she was calling from Customer Service, but no mention of company.

wanted to discuss if I had tge best mortgage. didn't say who she was working for.

Caller: Australian ‘customer service centre’ based in QLD

Answered call. Said name calling from customer service centre. I asked ‘what customer service centre’ he said ‘the Australian customer service centre based in QLD’. So I hung up. I wasn’t aware that I was a ‘customer’ of the country 🙄

Caller: “Customer Service Centre”

I answered and was told they were calling from “Customer Service Centre”. I asked the caller to repeat it as I thought I’d missed an actual company name. I was then told the call would be recorded and I said “I don’t consent to being recorded”, and the caller seemed surprised and hung up on me.

Straight to VM
