Caller: Claimed to be Australian Govt

Introduced themselves by talking about the govt. rebate to install solar panels. Told them I live in an apartment so it's not relevant to me. They then became obsessed with the fact my voice sounded different to when I answered the phone. Clearly spam so I hung up.

I called back number 0420 384 998 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
