Asking about solar panels on my house even though my name isn’t on the electric bill plus I live in an apartment complex, obviously spam

Another nuisance caller hassling about solar panels and rebates

Number could not be called back. Must be a scam or telemarketing!

Show as an Australian number but obviously is connected to an overseas caller as the delay and the bad quality of the call makes it almost incomprehensible

Tried to call back but number cannot be connected.

I called back number 0420 365 008 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
