Caller: A woman

Said she was calling from the “financial sector”. I got a previous call from a mobile number (that’s now disconnected) and they asked questions to see if I was eligible for a rebate from the government . This lady was following up on that call. Sounds like a scam

I called back number 0420 240 752 spoke to a woman who said company name is Active Consulting.

Called me and fortunately I don't answer unknown numbers. Blocking this number. Suspect phishing.

They rang & my phone went to message bank - They said Hello i'm from Australian Information Network then realised i wasn't on the other end of the phone so they hung up - i'm sure it's probs a survey

i called back and said couldnt be connected - number blocked - time wasters

couple of incoming calls in past two days. i called back as i missed them both, but 'call could not be connected'.

This mobile number called and my phone put "Potential Fraud" onscreen - so I didnt answer.
It's AIN - again (for the 20th+ time).
Usually when someone calls you - it means they want something - I have nothing to give them.
Go away.
They still called and I am registered with the "acma Do Not Call Register".

Received a call from a woman claiming to be from the Australian Information service, to see if I was eligible for ..... Stopped her there, The Australian Information Service had nothing to do with rebates and was shut down/renamed in 1983. This IS a scam caller using computer software to hack unused numbers to make scam calls. DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL DETAILS.

I missed a call from this number and normally I don't pick up unknown callers. But this time I called back twice and no one answered. So definitely blocked now.

Missed call. Tried to call back and got a message saying 'your call could not be connected, please check the number and try again'. Suspect spam. Have now blocked the number.

Dodgy ! No voice message left - upon calling 147 from my phone - prerecorded message says "welcome to optus, this call may be recorded" - just disconnected !
