Called about private health insurance, when I’m not the account holder. Other numbers in similar sequence also called about the same thing (0420 110 xxx)

Coincidence? After we complained about our strata manager, we started receiving the same scam calls from numbers with the same sequence (0420 110 xxx). We are different ages, genders, and backgrounds, with no other connection apart from living in the same building. Yet we both received the same type of scam calls afterwards.
