this person keeps calling and saying hello contessa

I had my mobile resisted on the 'DO NOT CALL LIST' they must still be processing my application after 4 WEEKS!!! No msg left, but won't be calling, as i check all number on google and funny enough 98% end up on here.

Definitely a scammer, same wordings as mentioned by majority of friends here.I won a gift voucher for the suvery I completed for woolworth , I kept telling I didnt fill out any survey form, he jumped to his next question , do you own a house or stay in rented. I kept saying I didnt fill out survey form he hang up. Background Noises like a call centre, sounds like a artificial one which is created.

8/10/2018. Exactly the same story as this. I was 'only one of 100 that won a google home mini'. Yeah right. No obligation at all ... other than having to sit through a half hour presentation about how to own my home quicker. I already own my home.

I answered but there was no response on the line. Call lasted over 20 seconds.

I heard a lot of background noise like a call centre, so hung up. Checked this site to see if there were any comments and then blocked number

I had the same thing then he said you own your home and I said no then hung up on me this has scam all over it

Some fellow asks for Iain ( which happens to be husband's name) but he mispronounces our surname. My number is the telephone directory but my husband's is not. Perhaps he has guessed on the name Iain. I don't know.

Called asking for my Son (who has clearly filled something out online!).
Scammer, told them not to call.

Apparently I completed an online survey and they called to offer me a new iPhone ... scam

Didn't answer.

I rang this number back and heard an automated response and then nothing. Sounds fishy to me. Avoid.
