Called about a financial spiel and wanted to know all about me and said will give me a hoohle mini if I did a survey. They said it Infinity Group AUSTRALIA at Bella Vista and they used to sponsor the Sharks. I googled them and read very bad reports and complaints about them scamming people and taking their money doing financial plans with dodgy people. It’s a scam, run run run away. Scam scam rip off, scam.

Called and told me they are from Infinity Group in Brisbane and that I had registered online in a competition to win an Ipad or $1000. I asked why he is calling me and he said he can "help me improve my financial situation". I told him I'm not interested and I want to be off their call list and he hang up on me.
He was putting on a fake Australian accent and there was call center noise in the background.

So annoyed that telemarketers know my name. When I said that I wasn't " ....." she hung up on me. I will block the number.

Yep, from "Infinity Group Australia", says that they used to sponsor the Sydney Roosters.

Same spiel, says I entered some competition or filled in some form, but couldn't tell me where, and wanted to send someone to my house to do some "Financial Fitness" thing and give me my Google Home Mini.

Had a missed call from this number, I called them back on my work phone. first had the spiel " your call is very important to us and you will be assisted shortly, please hold the line" no mention of a company name. when someone answered the phone you could hear a lot of background noise like a call center, I stayed quiet until someone on the other end hello is this Alison? I then spoke, said no, he realized I was a male and hung up on me. I have put a block on my mobile with this number now.

Thank you for advising the 0420 prefixes overseas mobile numbers. I'll be sure to avoid these callers now.

Getting calls from this number every day I don't answer and I am unable to block this number.
