The number is not in service when you try to return the missed call

I normally not answering my phone when unknown call.

Some energy marketplace mob trying to query my energy company and change plans

Someone with I'dian background but might have been here for long, they already knew some of your info included your name and ph but they need to know more, you might accidently been signed up with new energy company on behalf before even you know it, they need enough information from you. ( You might not want to sign up with new energy company + you might not want to reveal your personal name & ph but how do they find out that secret one? )

As soon as I picked up the call, the other end hanged up. I have blocked the number.

, this , number 0420 105 366 is only one of several which appear to ISP's/VOIP telemetry group which sends blank call to me (02) 475*** landline to check if it gets answered : most annoying - I do hope ALL tax offices worldwide apply both VAT & GST upon them , back dating to 2009 , plus 34 % interest.
