They mentioned entering a competition from a survey and that I had won a prize. Had not entered any competitions, appears to be a scam.

Called but didn't leave a message. called back and a recorded voice said ...Please hold the line your call is very important to us.

As below, got a call telling me I’d won an iphone or laptop because of a survey I filled out as a home owner, at Woolies or Bunnings. Told him I definitely didn’t fill in a survey and he said I did, and told me my suburb and postcode (he also knew my name). He then went on to say if I answered a few questions, I’d receive a laptop and a “financial package” (whatever TF that is) at no cost to me. Told him it sounded dodgy AF and hung up. This is the second call I’ve had from them this week

I called back number 0420 104 608 it says the number i have dialed is not in service anymore.

SPAM - Got my number/name from a competition that I had entered. Morgtage Company - Varsity Lakes QLD.

I was put through an answering service to leave my number etc., so I hung up.

Claimed I responded to an advertisement and started talking about my mortgage. I don’t have a mortgage. Told the lady you’re a spam caller, never call back and I’m blocking your number. Simplest solution

Rang me, and they hung up immediatedly when I answered - now blocked

They called asking for my mum, and knew her address.

When I pressed them to identify themselves, they hung up.

0420 104 608 called me last week the dude was goin on about property investment and super. Asked some bizarre questions after which I hung up. Just fishing for information. Ignore and block the cold calling scammer

Guy tried to find out my financial situation and when I said thank you but Im not interested he got snarky and said sounds like I've got no money anyway and hung up

Didn't answer - i don't answer calls i don't know the number. No message left. Checked this page to find more people with the same issue. Likely a scam.

Same as a lot of comments here. Called and did not leave message. Rang back and recorded message asked me to stay on the line and next available agent would take my call.
I recently responded to a FB add for Carlton Draught and since then have been receiving a number of calls and emails about winning free Iphones etc. Have not responded to any.

Called back and it had something to do with the Royal Commission and Banks regarding Mortgage payments.
