A male with an Indian accent introduced himself as "Derek" from "Telstra". He stated that my internet connection had been compromised and people were hacking in to my internet. He wanted me to download an app to my computer so that he could get remote access to fix the problem. When questioned why Telstra are involved as we are not connected through them, he immediately hung up

Caller: ................................... What to do: Mobile phones: Don't recognise number, NO message, so Google it. Previous comments negative so: Save the number, give it the name zpest, so all the zpests are at the end of your real contacts ... then press 'done' (up at the top), go down again and press 'Block this Caller' (which is in blue), then press "Block Contact' (which is in red). Done! They give up!
