Caller: Banking Security SCAM

This number called reporting they were banking security and making claims about my internet banking.
They were very rude and threatening on the phone however when I questioned who they were/how they got my number they were unable to answer.
There was a lot of background noise and the caller was rude and condescending.
They were unable to give me any details however continued asking personal questions about my banking which I did not answer.
No harm done to me however I want to make sure someone else does not fall for this.

Caller: Robotic Sccam Call

Stating they were Amazon and I owed $99.99 and to select 1 to complete payment

Caller: "Telstra"

"Kevin Paul", a senior Telstra technician speaking with an Indian accent, rang my landline (02) 9363 2605 at 15.48 hrs AEDT on 2 March 2022 from 0420 040 767, though he gave his number as (02) 8006 7629 His Telstra ID number D75565 and job reference no 00015, and Telstra office at 363 Oxford St, Paddington - details I obtained to authenticate this suspicious call.

He told me my internet was being compromised by users in Qld and Victoria and asked me to press the Windows button on my laptop while holding down the r key. He was frustrated and ended the call when I said I would call him back later.

Was this a scam or has my connection been compromised?

Caller: TELSTRA PRETENDERS

Caller is claiming that my TELSTRA internet line is prone to scammers and they have to do something with it.
When I asked under what name is the account that is prone to scammers they answered my nick name....where in the world will a company call you with your nickname????
plus I dont have a TELSTRA account....
