I don't know this caller/number so I did not answer. Suspected it of being a scam/spam. No message left. I blocked it.

Received call from this number and didn't answer it. No message left. When tried to call it back got a recorded message saying the number was disconnected??

Don't ever answer these calls. Let it ring and let them leave a message. Look number up on Google to see if it's a real person or business. They want you to answer the phone/hit the link in a text message so that either: malware can be downloaded or they try their luck phishing - (con you into believing you owe them money). Another favourite doing the rounds is a mystery parcel that they couldn't deliver and you need to pay $$$ to get it re-delivered.
