Caller: 0420 040 528 Said he was Peter from NBN I was driving and I couldn’t hear him properly so I told him apologised and hung up. When I tried to call back number not connected Probably scammer

Scam call said he was from the "visa and mastercard department" (didn't say a company name) checking a suspicious transaction. I said I'd call the bank to check and he said this is the bank calling you now, he didn't say what bank. I said again I would contact the bank myself and he said goodbye.
