scam !!!!!

These clowns call me and they say your call may not be connected. It also said that they are potential suspected scam call and a bloody robo calls. Block this number bloody scam artists.

Asked show I found NBN connection these days
Stated there are unauthorised users accessing my connection, my line isn't secure, and I'm visiting unprotected websites.
Stated was going to show me on my own device how I can view this and protect my line.
I asked "are you going to send me a key/ code so you can gain access my device, to what, show me malicious activity on my device?"
Stated "no maam, Im going to show your device how to protect your NBN line"
I asked "what company are you from?"
Stated Telstra NBN
I laughed, "Telstra NBN what fictitious corporation is that?"
I asked what's your ABN/ACN?
brief pause, then stated "why should I share?"
I said "U called me, asking for access to my devices"
Stated aggressively "no maam I haven't asked you for any personal information we don't share."
I firmly stated "don't get aggressive with me, ACN is not personal information"
No ma'am
Cut her off "Australia Corp Number is not personal information"
She ended the call

Long delayed pause at the beginning and then a man with a thick accent claimed to be ‘from Visa Mastercard security’ - I laughed and immediately cut him off saying ‘no you’re not’ and I hung up on him. I’m not normally rude but this was clearly a scam, and a laughable one at that. I blocked the number.

call saying from a technical department about illegal activity on my internet. press 1 etc. hung up on it
also had 0420 040 500
