Called twice. 2 different people in 2 days. Chinese accent on 2nd day. Claimed to be from Foxtel. Had my name, asked for my email & DOB. Hung up & blocked the number. Scammers.

Indian caller from “Foxtel”
Said there was a problem with my recent payment. Asked for full name, email address and date of birth which Foxtel never do. Told her couldn’t talk, had a pot on the stove boiling over. Hung up on her.

Caller: couldnt understand their english? said they were from telstra, that my internet connection ip address was public and over 20 devices were using the connection. when i started asking questions like their name, and pointing out that i'm not connected through telstra they didnt have much to say about it? call was about 3 minutes.

Caller: 0420 040 261 claimed they were from telstra and said I had issues with my connection..as soon as I said i'm not with telstra they hung up.
