This is head of nursing and the CEO at Castlemaine Health. An intervention order would give these two a criminal record that would mean they could not work in the health industry anywhere again. They had a chance to verify they had been used fraudulently but never acknowledged in any form that the Message Media system had been miss used. If you are not aware the COVID alert message is like a parcel scam.Message Media is and has been proven to be a dangerous way to communicate and should not be trusted.

I would also suggest a complaint should be directed to the Minister of Health in the state you reside in and direct them to see this page.
When a Hospital communication is seen to be abused to send scam COVID alerts and staff notifications to the public and people that have never been near the facility it needs to be stopped.

I work shift work not in Victoria and I got a random message about calling in for work. I was asked to call (03) 5471 3499. I did so and advised them to delete my number. This persisted for a few nights so I blocked the number. On checking further and then found an email address and I emailed KSparrow @ castlemainehealth.org.au and stated future messages would see a complaint to the Minister for Communications. I never got a response. I notice I still get messaged but now they are in a blocked list.

This number sent a random text telling me a security code (like the one that gets sent when you have a duel-identification system on something) with no indication for what it was for. Must be a scam of some sort but it's still rather stressful to wonder what it might be for

This number belongs to a company called Message Media Pty Ltd https://messagemedia.com/au/
and is used by many different places to send messages. The COVID alert is a scam but to find that Castlemaine Health has used the same number for staff and patient alerts is not a good thing.
