It's a scam. I don't have RAC membership but still have received a text message from "RACRoadside":
Hi, your RAC Roadside Assistance is now overdue. To continue your cover click this link TapTh.is/zR8bHByu & enter payment #53797189. To opt out sms STOP RACRoadside to 0419 666 469
Payment #53797188 was not found on the RAC.com.au website.
