test recd, early on 2/5/2023. read my name, confirming apt with nurses room on 3/5, at correct time. reply yes, masks optional.
strangely right time and date wrong place and not sent my doctor.

Text in the middle of the night saying my actual name and that your security code is xxx

If it didn’t say my name I’d say someone typed the wrong number into a website, but now I’m concerned.
