Left a message didn't recognise number blocked & deleted

My phone never rang & I didn't miss any calls, but I received a message with a voicemail to be downloaded. I rang this number back & no answer/

Caller: This number sent a text.

Asks why their personal video is on a site indicated by link. Clicking on link site asks to download file first. Probably scam.

Your face was filmed without @ your knowledge....find out how you can fix it and a dodgy link. Did not respond blocked and deleted.

someone went to a lot of trouble making this video of you, what do you think ? and it gives you a web page to open. I didn't open the website just blocked the number
