Caller: Spam

I received a call from 0416 645 240 at 12:34pm today.

There was a 1-2 second pause before the operator said hello (could tell it was a busy call centre).

I asked who was calling and the man said he was from the Technical Team at Telstra. His accent was Indian.

Seemed suspicious overall so I hung up and spoke to a Telstra rep via the chat function in my app who confirmed it was a spam call.
