The man who called me on this number knew my name and and said there was suspicious activity on my IMB card. Then asked me for my date of birth. I asked him how I know who he is and told me I can ring the number on the back of my card. I have called the IMB and they have said it was not them. So please remember when someone calls and ask for personal details, don't tell them. Call or see the local banks

Claiming to be SCCU fraud team - requesting personal information to gain access to netbanking. Do Not give this person information.

Had a call from 'Edwin' at approx 6.30am this morning to tell me that my Heritage Credit Card had been compromised with 3 transactions taking place at approx 4.30 am and could i confirm that the last four digits ( that he knew and said over the phone to me ) were mine, yes they were, was this my email ( which again he gave me over the phone ) which was and i said yes then my address ( which again was correct ) yes it was. have you made a recent purchase of Crypto coin in Sydney, to which, as i hadn't, said no, and he said he was with the scam watch for Heritage Bank and would cancel my card now. By this time i'm a little concerned as to whether this is actually a scam, our old mate "Edwin" bieng the perpetrator !! he asked me to go into the Heritage app and check my balance, which i did, and asked if i could see the three transactions, i said no, as they weren't showing up, he said he'd need to get some assistance and put me on hold, ( But if i wanted him all i had to do was call out "Edwin" and he would be back on the line !! I was on hold for 5-6 mins before he came back on saying we were still in a queue and it looked like the queue was 25mins long and he would rather call me back in half an hour !! i hung up and called Heritage Scam Watch with an inquiry and they advised me that it was most likely a scam and cancelled my card there and then. They checked through my transactions and said there didn't seem to be and unusual transactions but cancelled anyway. So, hmmmmmm, new card, new pin on the way, grrrrrr to scammers. Old mate "Edwin' hasn't called back as yet !!!

This is a very bad SCAMMER, claiming to be my bank. They knew my address, personal details and my secret questions. They asked me to confirm it all by saying “yes” clearly as they read it all out. When going into my bank In person, they instantly got me in touch with “cyber police”.
