Agreed, the download is a phishing app and the flash player part never opens.

Caller: 0416 463 475 Sends a link, Wants you to download a flash player that isn't a flash player it's a tracking app that allows sharing files and location but still allows open flash player content. Don't open it if you don't know how to protect your phone.
