They called, there was a delay and someone called John introduced himself.
he said i have transferred $800 to someone in the US called James Smith.
He said he was calling from Commonwealth bank and it was a verification call. I said i had not transferred any money and asked where he was calling from. he said commonwealth. I said i am not with commonwealth, he said you are with anz... i said i am not. He then asked me which bank i am with and I said it was none of his business. I asked how he got my phone number, he said it is registered with the bank. I asked how this is possible if i do not have an account with the bank. He hung up on me.

called - stating he was from nab - asking if i had transferred money to new Zealand. Indian sounding male. Hung up as I suspected it was a scam

They called. I answered and 'beep' and they hung up.
