A scum try hard to scam with .... tx massages about package delivery tx link.

Told them to go do something to themselves with a wire brush...

I am getting at least 3 of these texts per day from different numbers. Recommend as John suggests to delete, blocking may not always help as the numbers keep changing but the message remains similar.
