Caller: Dodgy mortgage broker

trying to understand your financial situation so they can sell you investment properties.
they sound good on the phone but my gut feeling tells me they're dodgy.

I called back number 0415 477 398 was put on hold music but no one answered the call.

I didn't answer call from 0415 477 398, my Samsung S8 detected number as 'spam'

I have blocked this phone number as they call 4-5 times a week for past few months . Bloody persistent and annoying

Caller: Someone associated with mortgage services

I got a call which asked survey type questions (lifestyle, age bracket, home ownership etc) and then called back to peddle "govt mortgage discounts". They also asked me to identify myself which I did not do. These are techniques of fraudulent businesses, so even if these guys are legitimate (and of course they say they are) their techniques are totally inappropriate.
