Sent me a message at 01:30am claiming I had a 'failed e-tag detection' that I had to pay. Rang back using pre-fix '1831' to hide my phone number followed by 0414 625 719, but received the message 'the mobile service you are trying to call has incoming service restrictions. Please call again later.' Certainly a scam.

Messaged me that my e-tag failed and to click on a link. No tollways where I live or travelled out of town on the alleged date. Friends had received the same message, so don't click on the link.
