St what point in your life do you become so jaded that you go and work for crudit corrupt. The company is the sewer pipe and the employees are the scum, piss, sh*t, used tampons and paper that's served it purpose that has to be scraped and discarded from the grates at the sh*t farm. Bunch of scum sucking waste of oxygen drained cyst pathetic low life's. These festering scabs are responsible for pushing people to suicide. They should face murder charges for each one they have caused. And if you are one of those if you paid your bill then they wouldn't be hassling you people you are no better than them. You don't even have to be the one that owes the money for them to hound you. And obviously you have never had your life turn to utter sh*t and just can't pay what you could afford before. These c u next Tuesdays are cashing in on the hardship of people who were doing alright pre covid and are now f*cked and here's These f*ckers making $$$$$ from people's un covid proof jobs and businesses utter f*cken trash they are sh*t cu#ts really they should be ashamed of what they do and who they are bet their mothers are real proud of how many people they have pushed to the point of suicide the sick f*cks probably have a score board.

Call back and no one tells you who it is that is calling. Wants all your private info to clarify they are calling the right person, but say due to privacy can't say who they are. Absolute joke.

They either don't leave messages, or they trigger your voicemail recording and leave a split second of weird-a** audio and hang up. Creepy weirdos calling, no idea who these cretins are but what they're doing is illegal, immoral and an abuse of the telecommunications services. People conducting themselves in these ways should be banged up in the clink indefinitely until they learn how to properly use telecoms. I've said it once and I'll say it 1,000 times. When Telstra was Telecom Australia and government-owned, if someone harassed/threatened/made nuisance stalky repeated calls to you, even repeated creepy silent hang up calls via fixed phone (not that many people had mobiles in those times), you would call Telecom, report it and they would put a trace on your line and monitor it for you. If that someone called you again, they would catch out the perp, they would be able to pinpoint the origin of the call and they would call them and give them a stern warning to stop their conduct or they would be reported to the cops and prosecuted. It worked every time, it stopped the behaviour. In other words, customers of Telecom Australia were PROTECTED as well as RESPECTED. This should be the case for mobile phone account holders too, especially law abiding ones who are minding their own bizzo and working hard and paying bills and taxes. Bring back those days of early 1990s and RESPECT telecommunications and all customers. Don't get me started on use of the internet. I'll try and put this comment in for each and every number that I end up blocking. These spam warning services are about the only we can collectively best these modern day pests and fight back against this wasteful and immoral conduct. Block these numbers.

Debt collection agency attempting to recover money by blowing out the phones of third parties that may or may not know the subject of the alledged debt.

They attempt to call parents, siblings, cousins, neighbours, work colleagues, anyone even remotely associated with the subject or their lives in the hope they can get to them. What they do is illegal, and they can safely be ignored.

When a bad debt is passed onto a debt collector, the agency purchases the debt for 10 to 20 cents in the dollar and then attempt to collect the FULL amount from the original borrower (plus interest).

However, what most people are unaware of is that once the debt has been purchased by a third party , the debt has been expunged for the original borrower, and that is the end of the matter. The only signature from the borrower is on a contract between the bank/credit provider and the borrower. There is no signed contract between a debt collector and the original borrower.

Therefore, do not admit or agree to anything a debt collector says on the phone, as they will attempt to trick you into entering into a contract with them (if you're the original borrower they are after) and try to get you on a 'payment plan'.

The statute of limitations means they can only chase you for a maximum of five years, but if you admit to anything or enter into agreement with them (even verbally), then that resets and you can be harangued another five years or until you've satisfied the needs of these vultures.

Your best bet is to avoid them like the plague, legally they have no clout. All they have is intimidation tactics on the phone. Weak!
They are legally only allowed to call 3 times a week or 12 in a month, but that is IF YOU ANSWER. so answer the call & just hang up & they won't be able to call again.

I switched my phone to private and just kept spamming them with calls back. I never say a word, just leave them saying hello until they hang up........then I will call them back again and do the same thing. It starts to really annoy them in the end......oh revenge can be sweet sometimes. I would suggest everyone do it from any number they call you from. If enough people do this then it cuts back on their time to annoy others.
