Had same happen tonight, 10 Jan 2024. Asked if I was a girl… immediately blocked them!

Messaged me asking if I had a boyfriend. What kind of weird scam is this?

Answered a No Caller ID and then received a bunch of creepy sleazy messages.

Regretfully, I answered this number which I don't recognise (as I'm waiting to hear about a job application!)

They hung up, but immediately started sending sleazy and annoying texts in quick succession. Ugh!

Called late at night asking if I was a girl ignored them put my phone on silent woke up to texts continued asking if I was a girl and said " oh you don't want to talk". Blocked the number.

Been called by them twice. Don't answer and they will not send you any texts. just block

Called multiple times like spam, and kept sending abusive messages . Absolute creep

I just had the same thing happen to me as has been reported before. Called, immediately hung up when I answered, then started sending sleazy horrible text messages. Yuck. I feel scared and creeped out.

Same thing happened to me. Called - then sent this text ‘You got a boyfriend I know you Don’t worry about it ok’ Creepy and weird.

I had the same happened to me. I called it and said hi and it hung up and starting spamming me and calling me. Texted if I had a boyfriend and please talk to me etc.

Guy called me few times didn’t say anything then sent messages asking if I’m a girl then said don’t lie, blocked after

real sicko this one called and hung up then messaged repeatedly wanting nude photos i told him to go away i was only 13 he didnt care and wanted to meet up stating he was in n.s.w aswell? creepy...he would not go away started messaging again the next morning will be reporting it to the police.

So they called late last night I missed the call and called back (have a bad habit of not saving number and thought it might be a friend) they then spent the next 3+ hours sending sleazy then threatening messages and kept calling. Then this morning it started again. Be careful definitely a creep not sure what they wanted out of it lol. I have blocked the number

Do not answer these guys, just block the number. They will call you, hung up, then send you sleazy text. Be careful.
