rang then hung up, likely farming for active mobile numbers to sell to damn telemarketers or scamartists. When are the telecommunications company going to be held more responsible for the way that their services are used; Enough reports of nuisance calls from a particular number should warrant disconnection of that number and refusal to issue any more
