I called back the number 0412 255 263, rang and got disconnected automatically

Have receieved 3 messages of a similar nature, but they are coming from a different number - 0417 143 660. The first 2 did not include anyone's name but the third message said to contact Panapa from PRC on 0412 255 263. Which is why I am here writing this.

Had a SMS yesterday from this number, with the message "Hi, we received your application for a previous position. We have openings in the XXXXXX (local) area. Interested? Contact Panapa 0412 255 263. To OPT OUT reply STOP".

Called back to see what it was about - just went to an answering machine. I also had an identical SMS this morning from another number 0427 227 277), saying to contact "Danielle". When I called it back, same result.

I've now sent "STOP" via SMS to both these numbers. Will see if it has any effect.

when I called back immediately, the phone had been disconnected, so obviously a scam of some sort?
