Caller: 0412 240 476 We have attempted to deliver ur package UPS016448296GB, but there is un unpaid customs charge. Follow the instructions here: https://bit.do/fLvzC.
The above message has many inaccuracies UPS do not send through GB mail. Also, the term ur would not be used by any professional organisation with a communications team. Like UPS or Royal Mail.
Note the link looks legitimate, it does seem like you're landing on UPS website, however, they would not ask you to pay custom charges. Note if in doubt go directly to UPS website and type in the alleged tracking number before being naive enough to proceed to payment.
