Caller: I don’t know This is their message I received. “Please call troy schafer from Brooksight Investigations regarding insurance claim. 0412 206 186. Troys @ brooksight.com.au PO box 8156 glenmore park NSW 2745.” When replying to them saying sorry for the late reply. If you want to speak sure give me a call happy to speak with you. Also had no idea why they were calling or who for. 4 days later I got a message saying “sorry but who is this ?” Later I emailed the company to find out if they had a case for me to be involved in as I had a voicemail from them that sounded so professional for a accident my friend was involved in and I was in the car just before it happened. Thought maybe it was linked to that. Then the email I received said they were very unsure and don’t have a case for the persons name I asked about and myself. Watch out.
