Caller: Medicare

Text message claiming to be Medicare and saying I’ve been a close contact of someone with Omicron. There’s a link to booking a PCR test. How would they know if I’ve been a close contact? Obviously a scam

This number rang my phone but I didn’t answer and they didn’t leave a message. My instinct that this was a scam call seems to be right in view of the above. I have blocked it.

message from Commbank advising that my banking access has been disabled due to suspicious activity and had a link to verify myself - I didnt click it.

Supposedly from CommBank : due to suspicious activity we've locked your account.....
Hmmm, I don't have a CommBank account -

Caller: Scammer

Text Message from 0412 197 028 purporting to be from ANZ citing unusual activity on my card and just click here and give us your log in details. I am not that stupid .

Claiming to be from ANZ suspicious activity on account therefore locked it please verify by using link

Pretending to be Medicare, stating have been in close contact with someone with Omnicon and to book for a mandatory pcr test.
Link url is Australiaservices, where gov would be Services Australia.
