Unknown caller - no message left

Caller: claiming to be from Telstra Technical department.

Said he was from Telstra and I had a problem with my internet connection. I said how can you be from telstra when this is an Optus designated number... he hung up

Rang and hung up when I answered

Left a message with breathing only on voicemail. Have since blocked the number.

called and didnt leave a message

Left msg with nothing said. Called back said current phone switched off. Obviously a hassles call.

A call from this number left a heavy breathing message on my phone.
