I received an SMS from an unknown Australian mobile number 0411 614 641 by someone pretending to be my daughter contacting me on a friend's phone. I don't have any children so that was never going to work on me. This was the exact message -
"Hey mum, i've just broken my phone im messaging from a friends phone please contact my new number on whatsapp its urgent 0485 861 478 xx"
Please don't contact anyone on WhatsApp and fall for this scam.
