Nuisance call - definitely a scam. Didn't listen to who it was from, just blocked it.

Caller: A refund scammer

They will ask you to login to your computer, They will ask you to download a software on your computer like team viewer etc. To help you get a refund. And then guide you through a refund process and press an extra zero and then black out your screen and edit the Web page to look like you tried to steal from them. If they "take your money" or add money, click on the webpage press f5 on the top of the keyboard and you will see that your money is still there. Immediately unplug your router and computer, never pay for anything with gift cards, send money through

This scumbag liar was obviously in a fake call centre and told me some BS about my internet connection going public instead of private. What a moron. Even more moronic is the australian regulator who ignores the information available to them in plain view. Right here! Look at all the complaints. had the same call from Amazon asking if i'd purchased an apple phone through them

He said he was from Telstra I had issues with my internet, asked him to send an email he couldn't do that, asked to verify details he was like no I need your details.
I blocked this number on my phone.
