Caller: Claimed to be Ruth Wilson from Telstra Just received a phone call using this number 0411 274 637 said her name was Ruth Wilson from Telstra. Said Telstra had noticed that there were some errors appearing with our internet connection and wanted to know who was connecting to it. I said I was not comfortable talking about this with her without knowing it was definitely Telstra. I asked for a supervisor name and a number that I could call to verify things. She then hung up on me.
