Missed a call from this number and called back, a lady named Chris answered, claiming to be from "impact", I asked what it is in regards to, she said my partners Telstra account. I work for Telstra and I'm in control of my partners accounts, it's a scam.

They call literally every day and when I answer theres silence for a bit until I say hello a second time and then they either hang up or they start talking really fast about asking for myself. I just hang up. Theres no need to call every day.

They have repeatedly called me from different numbers saying they are from Impact on behalf of Telstra - I don't have a Telstra Account and usually just hang up. On a recent call they wanted me to provide my full name and date of birth - I said if I had an account with them, they would already have this information. The woman got quite annoyed and I told her to email me or send a letter if they were a legit company. Have since rung several more times but never leave a message.

Had a call claiming I had a bill referred for debt collection with Telstra. I hung up and rang Telstra who confirmed I don’t owe them anything and that it is a scam.

I missed a call from this number. I rang it back and the person answered within 1 ring, it was a female called, Julie. It’s a scam, they won’t stop ringing.

I called back number 0410 425 974 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
