Caller: Indian scammer

Call from 0409 955 016 started with robocall from "Nicole from the NBN" saying the internet will be cut off within 24 hours then asked to press 1 to talk to a "technician". Indian man answered and just said 'hello'. I asked him what he wanted because he called me. He then went into his b.s. story about how there has been unauthorized activity detected on my internet connection and asked if I had authorized anyone to use my connection. I said no. Then he said it was ok if I had authorized anyone else to use it and asked me to confirm that only me and family members had used it. I replied yes. He said I should not worry and he can fix the problem. He asked me what devices use the internet and I said a PC. He asked me to confirm if a smart TV or set top box or other similar device was connected. I said no, just a PC. He asked me to power on my PC and he said he will wait until it is on. I said it was already on...... then he hung up! LOL!! Obviously some kind of scam or phishing is going on here, but unfortunately he hung up before I could find out exactly what :-/
