I've had a few early morning calls from this number. When I answer they hang up. I have tried ringing back several times but they won't accept the call.

Called me from this number. Said I would be eligible for a rebate from the government if I or someone in my household was working, or had a mortgage, etc. Knowing it's a scam call, I said no one meets that description and she hung up straight away.

If you Google 'Information Australia', there's nothing on the internet as it doesn't exist!!! Also consider why would they be calling from a mobile phone?

Scam. Be very careful!

Bluntly ordered her to remove me from their list and never call again.

Does not connect if you call back. Suspicious
