Call received on my landline which I didn't answer then called my mobile. Left a message stating it was Daniel Christiansen Place Realty Albany Creek. He had sold a nearby house and wanted to appraise my home. Ignored the Do Not Call register and obtained my private phone numbers from where??

Received cold call. Daniel from Place Realty - Albany Creek. Just sold a house similar to mine. Big deal! If I want to sell my home I will phone real estate agencies myself. I would love to phone random households & push my business however feel you would get a really bad name very quickly.

An Aussie male who left a message & said his name was Daniel, but the company name was (conveniently) garbled. Not expecting any calls & don't know this guy, so just ignored it.

Called back the number 0409 554 763 and reached vm but couldn't hear the name of the company
