call from 0405 805 821 -- called back (number can not be connected ) they have called me 3 times already.. getting over it and still no idea who they are

They where trying to get information out me. I asked her who she is and to get to the point. She then rudely hung up on me.

I called back number 0405 805 821 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.
