I returned a call from 0404 625 830 but the voicemail didn't mention the company name

I rang back the number 0404 625 830 once but got disconnected

So this random number called me, I hung up because it’s not in my contacts. So I hung up. I went online to see if this was a scam call, the number didn’t register, so I called back and I couldn’t get through ‘surprisingly,’ but the service said incoming call restrictions and that the phone may be currently switched off. No messages was left from this number considering it’s rung by a mobile phone.
